• AC INDUCTION MOTOR : The body of Cast Iron, Aluminum is painted with the specified colour containing motor duly insulated with Copper wire. Class I type Motor, Capacitor start and run.
• BLADES : Each set of Aluminum Blades with perfect angle and contour as per the design of motor for maximum air delivery. All blades are pre treated and spray painted for longer life and strong resistance to rust.
• MILD STEEL DOWN ROD : Made of ½ BSP fitted with Clamp, Rubber Shackles, Nuts and Bolts with Split Pin.
• BALL BEARINGS : Heavy duty double ball bearings greased.
• CANOPIES : The canopies are made of virgin Polypropylene material with homogenous color dispersion ensuring a perfect color match with the body.
• REGULATOR : Resistance type regulator with 5 Speed regulation full rotary switch with PP top cover. The speed regulation is a min of 50% drop of full speed at step 1 at rated voltage with equal incremental increase. Choke transformer type can also be provided upon request.
• NOISE LEVEL : Especially designed for low DB noise level at full speed.
• VARIED CHOICE OF COLOURS : White, Ivory, Brown, Cherry and various metallic colours.
• SUPERIOR FINISH : Silicon polish is used apart from top quality paint to provide each fan with unmatched finish.
